    The location is way too isolated!!! Communication on cleaning schedules needs clarity, and more consistency with menu offerings is essential. Unpleasant odors from outdoor facilities can significantly detract from the experience!!!

    We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, however everything was amazing. The hotel had indeed an exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location by the ocean. Plus, it was close to Bali's activities, Candidasa / Amed and the center.

    Beautifully decorated units with wonderful views and shower plus bath. The location was peaceful, next to the beach. Found in an amazing part of the town.

    Best base for 5 nights with extremely helpful and caring staff in terms of the service. Beautiful, perfect location in front of the ocean. Based just next door to the seaside, the lava black Keramas beach and the shore by high tide.

    We visited Sanur Marina and Udayana Golf Driving Range, fun. The breakfast reminded me of fine dining, and the staff treated us like royalty.

    The staff were attentive and remembered my name throughout the visit. The private pool was a highlight. The coffee options at breakfast could be improved, as the machine did have some issues .
